why there are so many completed buildings and nobody in them????

Hi to all,

I know this that these are Nakheel development, they have done themselves. Not through any other developer. I heard that they will not release these for sale but for rent only. I am not sure but thats all I know. If I find anything more I shall post it here.

Hi
I live in Russia Cluster. they are owned by Nakeel and are being rented out for a year to a company housing their staff. Over the next few months you will see Russia fill up quickly with all of us! dont worry we are all nice and friendly!!
