Thank you Wayneis. These are excellent. Looks like Greece is 6-8 months off completion yet at least.

Have you noticed any construction work aorund phase 3 international city?

piles of sand but some cranes can be seen and a structure near the front (towards Emirates Road) can be seen getting off the ground. Today's report - 12.04.2007

Some people had promised October 2007 delivery in phase 3 (like Vancouver Tower). Let me tell you, its AT LEAST 1 year off, if not more. No sign of roads or infrastructure, even for construction vehicles, just piles of sand brought there.

Hi. I have just recieved some new pictures taken by Mr Gaurav Vatsa with the following meesage;

These are some of the pics clicked recently of Greece cluster.

The cluster is coming really nice. Moreover nakheel is renting 1 br apt now for 52 thousand and studio for 42 thousand.
The Greece cluster will have the fortune of being next to the lake as well as upcoming 5 star hotel in the forbidden city. Nakheel already has give RFP (request for proposals) and is in advance negotiations to award.

The only bad news is the realistic date of possession of this cluster would be feb to march 08. However it would do much better then the horrible coloured persian neighbours

Those pictures of Greece are great and the buildings are very nice. They look very similar to the Spanish properties. I am very pleased with my investment and am pleased I chose the Greece sector! I wonder if Nakheel have to pay compensation if they don't get handed over until Feb/March?
