I have been told that the handover and completion for france is end of october 2007

HI Guys,
I have a cluster in France and have been patient since last year when the hand over was to be June 2006 then Dec 2006 then summer April2007 and now Oct2007?

If anybody out their can give me some kind of an indicator as need to book some holidays to come to Dubai to sort out the paper work.

Further can someone please guide me what I need to bring with me from the UK to complete successfully full title of the Property and the Dubai residency Visa, and to open a bank account. Can all this be done in four or five days?

Please can I have some input?

Hi all I was at IC a few weeks ago, took some pictures of my apt ICQ 09 sector I was offered cash for it twice £50.000 and £55.000 almost sold it for the higher price till I found out there in the 60k plus bracket, decided to rent it out short term as I may come over there and live in it myself shortly
