Well we should pay as per what everyone is paying to their agent. Why should we be punished for dealing with ARY. They might be fraudster and have a bad reputation in real estate market. We can either hire a lawyer or mail our complaints to Dubai newspaper where ARY main business is.

I PAID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME AND I GOT THE KEYS OF MY APARTMENT BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE AGREEMENT LETTER, GOD KNOWS WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH IT, NOVEMBER IS STARTING AND IT'S BEEN FOUR YEARS NOW SINCE I BOUGHT THIS APARTMENT. I am trying to call ary office in karachi but nobody is responding in the office and when u go in there office, half of the office is empty most of the people who used to work there, left the job. I am still confuse if ARY is attempting doing fraud with us. Can somebody help me on this. What do you think about this ?. IS ANYONE HERE FROM KARACHI. PLZ GIVE ME YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM....

r u waiting for the nakheel contract or is the agreement letter is some thing else.
i got my keys yesterday after paying 24000 dhm in leiu of handing over ,service,maitainance,document charges and surveing charges.
after paying they gave me a receipt, nakheel contract and keys.
