Looking for group of people to take collective action against extra charge of 5% of cost price under various heads (Around Dhs 15,000).

If it is anything to do with ARY and Nakheel, then I suggest you wait until next week. I was informed today by Sara of Nakheel that there is a meeting with ARY next week. If you haven't aready complained to her about ARY then do so now....the more the merrier and then hope that they sort ARYout because the whole thing is giving Nakheel a bad name let alone ARY!!!

Interested in Renting Let me Know I specializing in International city and I am base in Italy cluster in U24 Building. My name is Nadeem and I have a letting agency call Home 4 U international. I am very much involve in Renting and selling international City units and specially the ARY ones, I do not charge any commission from The unit owners and give results in days. The 1 bed can be let for 46K To 50K depends on the floor and weather it has a balcony or not. Studio can let for AED 34K to 38K per year. The demand is high but hurry before Spain and Russia get the possession, as this will push the rents down because of ample availability, plus Nakheel is offering Low rent flats in Russia, 1 Bed for 42K and Studio for 32K. Can someone please tell me whether ARY building # U18 has been handed over or still on the waiting list? ARY keeping giving two weeks more, whenever they are called!
