International city is complete all the buildings are to be handed over in the next six months.
And comes September and if the power supply problems still exist for the rest
of the communities the prices in IC will jump by 40 %. Just cross your fingers and let’s make some money

Do you know any info on Global garden view, phase 3 or do you have info on the developement of phase 3. Can't get anything info from the master developer Nakheel.

To be honest with you, I don’t know where phase 3 is.
If the location is next to the Emirates residential villas the project is moving very slowly and might be canceled, modified or delayed.
Nakheel are much disorganized and expensive developers.
I suggest don’t buy from them unless is something ready
