France building Q3

I am now concerned. Is their a Q3 block still in the process of handover as I have not heard anything from my Agent.

I have tried many times to contact the agent who is based in Dubai but so failed to come back with any answare.

Please if anybody has any Building Plans on the various France Blocks can they please post them here, or please let me know if you require my email for them to be sent direct to me.

Would appreciate any help.

we too are in building Q3, we have spoken to our agents last week and again this week about handovers, they have told us about some buildings in france been handed over but as yet no news on Q3.

Hi Alden,

Thank god their is a Q3 sector in France, I was worried that this agents was taking me for a ride.

Alden, Can you advise is your's a studio flat, if so what the sizes and do they have a balcony????????.

My studio is said to be 750sq meter but most other sectors have studio of 450sq meters so I am a bit confused.

hi panchal. ours is a studio flat and on our brief it's 480 sq ft, also on the original brief it did say we had a balcony but since then we have asked our agent to confirm this and they have not been able to as not all the flats have them, and those that do are really small.
