If you let me have an e-mail address I will send you some info that would really make you some money!. In your budget range we have Brasilian property that would not require a mortgage , and would be a 2 bedroomed apartment, not a studio. We have buy to let in Brasil, Spain etc, we have aparthotel property in Brasil, the easiest to manage investment for capital gain, we have lands in Brasil, which will produce capital gain of around 100% in 2 years. We have a super investment in Morocco, in riads, that will get you a return of up to 100% on your investment inside around a year. You have not said what currency your 80-90k is in, is it euros or pounds?Look forward to hearing from you

ITMASTER,

That is such a naiive post that agents will be busting a gut to get in touch and relieve you of your money, sorry, help you 'invest' it.

Do some research first yourself. Are you looking at short term/long term ?. Holiday/residential lets ?. Capital growth ?. Self management or hands off ?.

That's all before we even look at geographical locations.

Mike, you are very naughty to state a capital gain of 100% in two years.

Shame on you.

(While you are at it, can I have this week's winning lottery numbers in advance, please ?)

Lysos- While nothing is guaranteed - we have investments that will produce this sort of gain on capital invested, and in many cases inside one year or 15 months. I resent the inference that I am a grasping agent, anxious to get my hands on clients money. Those that know me will recognise that we check carefully the objectives of all clients, before recommending any particular investment. In this case the investment in riads will easily produce returns of 100%, using mortgage facilities of 70%, to leverage the investment. Also land investments can easily produce similar gains in two years. I have a client who was offered a 50% gain inside of 2 weeks on his purchase. I never recommend holiday let property for this purpose in any country.
