Arrow Rental WANTED: (post your wanted rentals here)

I thought that it would make it easier for everyone if all the wanted posts are located under one thread (instead of opening a new thread for each post).

So I hope it works...

Default Lf 1 Br

Let me start:

We are -as a couple- looking for a 1BR flat in International City.

However all we can pay is maximum 65.000AED per year. But we can pay all in one cheque.

Please send me a message if you have such a property. We are ready to move in anytime.

Senem

65K is the goiung rent in I.C. One of my friends bought a 1 BDR in CBD which had a tenant paying 95K, 1 cheque.

You need to come in and then decide. Suggestion is for you to come alone set a place and then get in the family. You could otherwise land into distress.

Regards

Roshan

Ok guys IC is full and nothing is going cheap anymore. Face the reality and start paying the proper rent or pack up and go.
And the prices will go up until the rush of emigrants to Dubai is no more than 100000 per year.
I expect 60000 + for a studio and 80000 + for a one bedroom in the very near future.
Why you rent when you can buy – think about it

I'm looking for a studio in any cluster. My husband and I are set to move out by end of August 08. Please contact me if you know any vacancies.
