For those whose have bought properties in England cluster, these are the latest pictures snaped yesterday. Most of the buildings looked almost finished. I think the handover must be soon.

Thanks, I've purchased in X6 which is a G+4 elevation. I've been told mine has a balcony too. Any more pics of the G+4 block plus any pics of the internal of a studio?

Great Photos. I've been living in the UK most of my life, but I've never seen buildings that look like these. I wonder where they got the design from, plus who chooses the colours?

Hi all,

As per conversation with Tamweel today,, they will receive the Y-2 & Y-11 buildings from Nakheel by end of June and then in 2-3 weeks they will handover units to the unit owners.

No information about other buildings.........

So as usual keeps your fingers crossed..

Hi All,

I didnt find any green cover in International city except for few round abouts. Any idea what's there in the plan? When they intend to start the landscaping? If its few months or a year away,then why so high charges for the maintenance fees this year?
Please clarify !!

Hi friends,

Has anyone got any information about England Y Cluster? Those who own flat through Tamweel, Has they started handover because they said before that they will receive the Y-2 & Y-12/11 building by end of june and then they will start handing over to individual unit owners.
