Does any one have any news on the handover or even completion of France cluster.I recieved news from my agent saying that the handover will be end october form nakheel to my agent and after that I dont know how long it wil l take them to handover to me..Could anyone help or advise me ?

First my building owner said the hand over from Nakhil to him is in October but now he says it is delayed until end November. Hope it happens then.

The handover for france will take place duiring 2008 and begining of 2009
The first building will be handed over late december but just one and i hope
you are the lucky one.
International city will be completed by end of 2010.

I am getting the handover of my flat on the 19 of November.I cant say about the complete cluster but 2009 seems to incorrect news.

Bear in mind that the electrical and water tests are not started yet.
This will take no less than a month.
On top of that such a big cluster as France will be handed over for at least 6 months.
How much in percentage have you paid so far?
I have bought a studio in China and didn’t give them the last 30% and all the extra charges until they had the keys.
Please don’t paid them nothing more until they show you the keys

I have received a letter from Vista real Estate to send the final instalment plus land registry fee plus administrative fee plus services charges amounting to AED 123000. Is it correct/

the problem is when will you be getting the key after you pay the above amount.
I have also bought from vista and got the keys 4 months after I paid them
the above amount.

So some time duiring feb 2008 you will be getting the keys.
