I have a studio in Venice, its by Italy, will that do ?

They are in a listed building, protected by the Belle Arte law which means when they were re-furbished, it had to be done using authentic materials so the properties have been be restored fully to their former glory.

The development is called the Old Mill because their is an authentic previously working 200 year Old Mill in the courtyard, the apartments are in what would have been the accomodation for the mill-workers and for those who worked in the factory the mill was powering.

This is a great deal, you won't get a many a cheaper studio in Tuscany, let alone one with such period styled character.
