Last Thursday i checked with Tamweel for the handover of Morocco cluster, and they promise (for the 4th time) to be on the last week of June ... as the delay is from DEWA only.

Hopefully they are telling the truth...!!

Hi, Lets hope they are right this time. I am also waiting for my handover of England Unit from Tamweel. Any information about England cluster dates?

I am tired of calling Tamweel again and again. They never kept any commitment to the dates they mention.

Hi. I have apartments in Morocco (J7), and they are being handed over. I have the keys for 1 unit so far, and other owners also have theirs. We have power to the apartment - no water yet, and also a few maintenance issues before it's ready to rent. Other buildings may also have been handed over. J8 has been occupied for a few weeks now by staff of a hotel.

i also have via 90% finance in moraco and waiting for hand over

anybody know that how much they are tamweel is giong to charge at the time of hand over, on top fo their qtrly installment?

I have received the confirmation from ARY that my apartment and contract is ready for possession. There is some dispute of extra charges which they are levying on apartment owner. The dispute is about to resolve. Kindly find tenant and let me know

I visited Dubai last week and was handed the keys to my flat without any problems. Registered with DEWA and electricity/water were switched on after two days. I believe any holdup in exchange is with property owners. The process with my property owner was very smooth. I was also not levied some of the extra charges ARY are asking.

Dear all
Yesterday Tamweel confirm to me they will start handover Morocco buildings to the owners starting from 14-Jun-07 to 19-Jun-2007 and this will include all Morocco buildings without exceptions.

As per of what they said, everything is complete, DEWA bills will ready by a day or two and that’s why they will start from 14-Jun.

I hope it will be true this time...
