Kem, did you have to do anything to tthe property before renting it ou? Not even a fridge or cooker? what about curtains?

I had thought about not furnishing but I am also intending on using it for myself and friends and family too as well as hopefully renting it out short-term, so I really need to furnish it.

£34000AED for a studio unfurnished - seems like the goin rate as Nakheel have made avail for rent at end of Jan 900 apartments that they stil own for £31000 upwards !! Where is your property ? Have you had handover as yet ? Im goin bk to Dubai on Sat for 2 weeks cant wait i love it !!!

No i didnt do anything at all to the property . I was told to leave it as it was as it would rent better ! I didnt even have to connect the elec and water !
