I bought this aprt 3 yrs ago and finally they have asked me to go and get pocession of the apt

they r asking a 2% apt cost to dubai land authority
plus 5800 dhm maintainance charges
plus arounf 6000 dhm for security charges of utilities

r the above stated charges a norm or ary again is pulling my leg

can any1 confirm to the above charges

well its 1.5 % to the land dept
10.55 Per sqft as service charge
3000 Dhs to nakheel as admin charges
850 for elevation
120 for typing
