Default Title Deeds / Persia
I have purchased a 1 bed appt in Persia and took charge in Sept 2007 after all the necessary fees had been paid. The appt is currently let through Exclusive based in Dubai. However, to date I have not received the Title Deeds. Has anyone who has purchased in Persia received their Title Deeds? Please advise.

Default Update on Title Deeds / Persia - International City
Hi everyone,

Just to update all who have bought in Persia. I have just received some documents from Nakheen to check my personal details to make sure they are correct. This is to ensure that the Title Deeds will have the correct details.

It has taken Nakheel 9 months to get to stage. I might have to wait another 9 months to see the Title Deeds.
