why there are so many completed buildings and nobody in them????

forgot sales if you have anything for sale in russia buildings im intrested

i hope it is not being held by nakheel to rent out at a later stage

I know this that these are Nakheel development, they have done themselves. Not through any other developer. I heard that they will not release these for sale but for rent only. I am not sure but thats all I know. If I find anything more I shall post it here.
