to all those who wait, I had been originally informed through my building owner that hand over in Italy sector will be in November, Hah!!! it is the end of Feb & I am still waiting. I havent even been to site recently, but when I purchased my apts in Aug, my building & apts were completely ready & finished. So good luck.

i have just received a mail from Zero4 saying that the handover for my unit in spain will be 3rd june 2007.

i have queried this, but it will probably turn out to be true...

i can't understand the difficulty in giving an accurate handover date..

just got this e-mail about an hour ago from zero 4 too..."finally the handover dates for Spanish Cluster has been announced by Nakheel
and it is June that is confirmed as we have received a formal letter from
them which will sent sent out to all the clients by our Admin. Manager
stating clearly the handover date."
nakheel are absolutely having a laugh, never come across such a badly organised company in my life, dread what will happen if there are any problems or maintainance need sorting. probably want more money, up front and they'll turn up once we've set ten dates and wasted, what they seem to think is enough of our time

i got an email from zero4 again saying that this was the official date from Nakheel, but so was December and so was 28th Feb.

all we can do is wait and see...

The latest information that I got form Zero4 is that they are still waiting for Nakheel to confirm the handover date. When I mentioned that others (you guys on this forum) had been told dates of June I was told...

"As far as I know each block has a different completion and handover date. And I heard that one building in Spain will be handed in June. Shall give you the exact date of completion and handover once final completion notice is received from Nakheel. "

For buildings T7 and S17 the dates haven't been told yet by Nakheel.
Which buildings have you guys been told will be ready in June?

June! OMG June! That is way off. This is getting ridiculous! Now I am really annoyed. Nakheel are way out of order pushing back the dates that far.

grrrrrrrrrrrr!!! it's a one way street with them. they are allowed to put it off for up to one year though, as stated in the contract..hopefully not eh?!
