please share your experience, and how much you end up paying ARY.
More does someone know if ARY got possession of Spanish building numbers: T5 and S15 as I understand thy were suppose i get the possession of these buildings on or about June 15th 2007?

I am also waiting for the possesion of my apartment in spanish block. I think it will be by the mid or end of july.... but i hope for early possesion....

I have just asked from the ARY's office, they have informed that, they already have much burden of taking over the possesion of different buildings in international city, they have already sent the documents for the early possesion to nakheel and the case is in under process, the possesion is expected by the mid or the last week of the july, but still not in the position to give the exact date.

I received the keys but i was in spanish block but later changed to Italy

I am a real estate agent working as property consultant in well reputed real estate company in Dubai having Head Office in London. Just three four days before I spoke to ARY's office they said the possession for the Spain Cluster S series buiding they are getting the possession by mid or end of November 2007 according to ARY office person's reply but then I spoke in the Nakheel's office they said hopefully they are going to start the possesion of the Spain S serios building by the end of Ocotber 2007.

I am trying to call ary office in karachi but nobody is responding in the office and when u go in there office, half of the office is empty most of the people who used to work there, left the job. I am still confuse if ARY is attempting doing fraud with us. Can somebody help me on this. What do you think about this ?

I contacted ARY yesterday and they are telling me that they are doing snak checking of the buildings, however when I contact NAKHEEL after that they are told me a completely different story: which is they notified ARY a month ago that their buildings are ready to move in and ARY has not come back to them for taking the delivery of those building.
GOD knows whats cooking inside !
can Anyone tell what can be the resolution to this serious problem??
