Ary have started possession of T5 and T6 building in Spanish Block, The remaing buildings will get mossession during December according to them. Everyone who has one-Bed are paying AED40000/- unjust chrages and no body can do nothing about it.

Thanks Chand, i'll try and round them up, whats with the news of additional monies to be paid to ARY? I bought my apartment through a broker not through ARY directly, i was informed that the price i paid was the full and final price, inclusive of the maintainence charges etc. now i hear additional monies are to be paid... lastly, any idea what the price of studio apartments is these days in the spanish cluster.
