Default Should I buy in International City?

Hi all

I am new to the forum and have not purchased any apartments in Dubai but was looking at International City. What are people’s opinion for investing there?

I was looking at the Spain or China sectors and either studio or 1 bed apartments, is it a good place to start? I don’t mind holding on for capital growth.

What are the rental returns like? Is there a demand for renting there?

Any info you guys can provide will be much appreciated!!

Thanks in advance

Hitesh

International city is the best investment at the moment in Dubai.
The rent return is 9% net to you and the property value is appreciating at least 1% a month. The above figures are going to increase once 70% percents of the development is occupied. Even if the prices in Dubai plunge later this year as highly expected this want effect international city as is the cheapest on the market.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. How easy is it to purchase out in Dubai? Can you approach the developer direct or do you have to go through an agent? And is it possible to get a mortgage in Dubai or does that have to be done here?

Thanks
