Default Need a place to stay ?

My apartment is available - it's on AP6, has had quite a few owners staying, making it easier to contact Fadesa and other agents on site. Please let me know asap as July is booking up quite well. I also have a website up & running.

Regards
Shani

I have not visited the site yet therefore was missing the perspective you have provided.
I plan to visit in July and will share my thoughts in this thread.
Please keep the information coming as you find out more.

Thank you so , so much!! This is the sort of real time info that is needed...
Full respect for anyone who manages to download photos from their mobile..I still haven't mastered that art!!

Initial comments would be that there is no-one doing any work in the photos!
Even if it was Sunday , given the delays you would think that , in a Muslim country especially, that they would be paid to work on a Sunday!

Secondly, it amazes me that old Saidia promenade is still not finished....Saidia is in a complete mess as I had suspected......Your photos have certainly helped me decided not to stay there.....

Thirdly, areas that are supposedly finished look very scruffy.

Fourthly the golf course looks pretty naff.........

Fifthly, it shows how crammed together the properties are and how near the road, how small the gardens etc........

sixthly, I wonder who is going to be responsible for all the 'waste land' which lies in scruffy pockets here and there...............

When I was there I saw the mains drains etc full of plastic bottles and builders rubble and it just seems to be a sign of how little care has been taken over this development.

It is quite depressing how little has changed in the last year, apart from throwing up yet more apartments to rake in the money.........and then pressurising people to sign for them......

Default Update photos

Thanks fkdev for taking the time and trouble to post your photos. The site has certainly changed alot since I visited in 2006.
I was shocked to see the rows of yellow properties which look like "barrack" accommodation. They seem terraced/and or extremely close together and unsightly! Dont suppose you can tell me what plot they are on and who is resonsible for them?

Regards
Tracey

A long way to go. Its hard to see beyond the wastelands and mess sometimes, however take a peek at eye on world and azure developments (april) photos if you want to get a flavour of what it will end up like.

Tracey I think some of the fadesa villas are ugly, but I knew this back in 2006 which is why I avoided them, as I felt they looked like something from Noddy's Toy town.

I dont know whos built those really weird looking squat villas with the domes in the roofs, but they look very un appealing. I think they could be the Saffron villas fairways villas - who styled them........ Big Ears?

I tried looking at the eye on the world website but can't find any decent photos. I've gone into the "progress photos" section and looked up LGDF and Oasis. What development are recent photos on?

Isadora - the photos at top of the list entitled M156 are up to date but the dates shown are all messed up.
