    AJMAN OFF PLAN PROPERTIES

    It seems the financial climate is not appropritae for buying the property to be completed in 3 yeras period. The cost of cement and steel are coming down due to general commodity price slump relevant top depression in the west and the price can go down after the completion. More over Ajman does not offer escrow account. The pace of increase of property price and rent is much lower in Ajman compared to Dubai. The infrastructure is also NOT adequate in Ajman for the next three years.These are recipe for a price crash for off plan. But properties already built should fare well.
