Hi, no-one can be sure about prices as Emaar have not released any prices as yet, however I'd expect prices on the resort to be in the same region as the Al Houara Resort which was launched a few weeks ago by Qatar.

I dont think the delay and Qatari Diar's launch has helped Tinja prices. And I dont know for certain, but I am not expecting the prices to be as high as Al Houara. There are not the same number of larger expensive villas, it is not mainly residential and I've been told Qatari Diar dont need to sell units quickly (dont know why), whereas Emaar do.

What an anti-climax, after nearly a year of waiting and being registered with several agents, this si the first I've seen about Tinjah. Not exactly a launch!

Does anyonw know when the appratments are being released?

does anyone have any thoughts ref this compared to Al Houara ?
A 2 bed townhouse from £187000 compares to a 1 or is it a 2 bed appartment on Al Houara?

All the best, SS

Default Tinja phase 1

The info I posted here is received directly from Emaar's sales agent. Please check emaar web site for the villa and townhomes plans.
I heard that the appartments will be launched on next phase around the end of the year 2007.
I think will be better to compare the price per square meter (or square foot). I think both projects are good and Tanjah real estate market have alot growth potentiel in the next couple of years like Marrakech.
