Vimal

I know the investment was good, and work started. Some people buying as a "lifestyle choice" have been unhappy about the units been moved back, ( as I am sure you are aware ) and I wondered how Sunnyshores faired, it was no slight on the development, which I am sure will be great.

I am watching with interest as us Tanjah buyers have all this to come lol.

Manor Park - unfortunately delays with my Turkish mortgage mean I cant even afford to mix with you riff-raff!! (sorry everyone just realised this is a different riff-raff thread and some may be offended - its a joke with MP).

I cant take the risk of committing to moneys until I know the Turkish palava is sorted, so will have to take my chances on getting someting later. Must say I am quite impressed by PBGR.

I got an email from another agent about Tinjah who said people were scaremongering that it wasnt going to be launched until November, whereas they were certain it would be August. We'll see.

Manor Park, Yes the whole development has been moved back by aprox 400 / 500m, it now means the apartments start at the ridge of the hill, the reason for this, as I believe is becuase the land infront will now be developed by someone else, (maybe Emaar), apparently there maybe 400 Villa's however these can only be built 2 storey high so it will not affect the views those on PBGR have.

Most people are just glad all licences are in place & work has now started on site.

I cant really see what difference moving the site back makes; it was always sold primarily as a golf resort, not as front line beach. Although I assume that beach access is still available ?

What makes you think Emaar have taken the land ?

Default Bank guaratee for Paradise Beach & Golf resort

When I signed the reservation agreement I was told that at the moment of signing the contract and pay the 20%, I will receive a bank guaratee that will cover the advance payment agreed (20% + 10% six month laters).

I have just been told that because the constructions lience has been issued the conditions has change and the bank guaratee willnot be given.

Could you give me any hint about how it works in Marocco?

hi, if you were advised you would receive a Bank Guarante then I suggest you speak to your agent & ask them to demand this from the developer, i myself & others I know did receive these BGs prior to the licences being granted, yes the development it def proceeding but i'd still feel more comfortable with a BG.
