Default Plan modifications

I bought a 2 bedrooms apartment in section H.
In the original plan this sections had 34 buildings (houses), in the new plan there are only 21.
I see that some buildings have also disappeared in other sections.
Has any know knows what is happening?

dominfe, I posted the new site plan a few weeks ago, yes the site has changed & the number of properties has been reduced, one of the reasons behind this is because the land that was suppose to have the PBGR Villa's & front rows is no longer being developed by PBGR, so the development now has less land (i believe another developer is seeling to build 400 Villa's infront on the PBGR development)

From the plans ive seen the PBGR development has been moved back aprox 200 - 300 meters from the beach, if you need any further info let us know.

investor27,
Thanks again.
I saw you plans posted and this is when I started digging.
Today, I have phoned Prestige and I spoke with the person they have in Morocco and the explanation he gave me was different.
He told me that the Morocco government has reduced the dwellings to be built in 25% (from 1.500 to 875) and this means that we will have more green areas.
He never mentioned that new villas would be built in front line (this would be the second phase or is different?)

dominfe, looks like we both has different info relating to why the site has been reduced by numbers, however I am sure I am correct in stating the numbers have been reduced because some of the original land for PBGR has been given up, the reason the land has been given up because obtaining planning permissions were taking too long & Prestige just wanted to go ahead & start the build process, anyone heard anything different?

As for the new villa's, they will NOT be part of the PBGR development, im thinking Emaar may purchase the land & build the Villa's but im am sure these Villa's will not be part of PBGR.

Hope this helps.
