How does it work?

Many agents advertise un-renovated riads for just £50,000, but what the pictures don't show is the time and cost that restoration involves. Once identified, we walk you through the buying process - From liaising with notaries, surveyors, architects to the constructor, we'll be with you all the way. In fact, we take on the whole project management and run the renovation services including organising the labour – A task which is impossible for purchasers who live outside the city and can't speak the language! All associated costs inc. purchasing, renovation and resale are presented upfront to clients.

Our construction partner in Marrakech employs over 120 builders and has been operating in the area for 9 years. All costs for refurbishment work are "notarised" and offered as a fixed price with penalties for late delivery. 70% finance is available for initial purchase & construction phases. Rental income for a riad with five en-suite rooms can be as high as €1,000 (£675) a night, and the city break market is strong.
