Hi, where on Sunset Beach have people reserved. i.e what block? which blocks have the best views apart from those on beach sector? does anyone know which are south facing?

Reason i ask is because those people who reserved on Les Palmiers have been offered a move to Sunset Beach due to Les Palmiers not proceeding. Just trying to gather more info.

Are there people here who reserved on Les Palmiers, what are your plans? (this was the resort that was supposed to be next to Sunset Beach)

Default Sunset beach

I originally had 2 apartments reserved on Les Palmiers De Casablanca and a friend of mine had another.
We have both now reserved on Sunset Beach.
We have opted for the Penthouses in the Garden sector and have gone for ones around the central pool area near to the beach sector..

We've also transfered on to Sunset Beach; penthouse in the Garden sector, on the outer ring.

We're now looking at the North for another property, in particular the Asilah Marina Golf. Anyone here considering that development? Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.

Wow, alot of people have purchased in this development. I was enquiring about this development with Saffron Villas and they say that this development at the moment is the best value by far, quoting the following points:-

- It is still in first stage release
- Already over a third has been purchased (Most penthouses have already been purchased)
- Azur Project - Mazagan, El Jadida project will start construction and there are no residental property for sale and is only 15 minutes away from Sunset Beach Cassablanca
- 20minutes away from the largest city in Morocco
- Once fully completed you will be doubling your money.

Saffron also said that block 5,6,7 garden sector has sea views, but it is 2 stories high compared on the beach sector which is 4 stories, abit odd.

How does this development compare to Asilah Marina Golf?

Default contract

Hi, has anyone actually signed and returned their contract for Sunset Beach? Seems full of vague statements. Can be summed up as biased towards seller, leaving buyer vulnerable.

Agreed i really don't like this contract.

I will be seeking answers to the following:

a) Is there a bank guarantee on this development in place now, if so details please.

b) Some unknown costs such as the cost of the Clubhouse upkeep etc - will we ever know before signing what amounts we could be talking per year?

c) Some of the wording of the contract leaves alot to be desired.. especially the use of the word "envisaging".

If no Bank Guarantee on this i will probably walk away, its not worth the risk tbh.

Default Update :(

Just had a confirmation from Saffron that there is NO bank guarantee on this build.

It is now a HUGE risk to go forward with this.. you have been warned.

I am walking.. it's a no brainer reading around the net.
