Default Tanjah Resort:Beware of bad agent

Hi

I have been in contact with another member regarding the tanjah.A company called bluefish are selling this resort but wasnt offering the same terms.I contacted my agent who checked it out with the developer. what they are doing is taking a smaller reservation fee of £2000 to have a edge over competion, but the developer will not reserve the property for the client unless the full £3500 is paid. So do not buy though them.
What i would like to know where does this 2000 go ,

Jonathan by the sounds of it was just about to reserve but looks like he will go though the same agent as me Worldwide Frontiers - Overseas Offplan property investing in Morocco, Dubai ...

Propertyinvest. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss one agent on basis of what another one says. Perhaps you could ask mac101 (bluefish) from C4 forum to shed some light on the matter. I've had no dealings with bluefish and am neither defending nor recommending them.

I spoke direct with the developer about the matter, so for me that is good anough to make people aware . i wouldnt make such a claim from 1 persons experience.

Propertyinvest I dont think we have been formally introduced, my name is Mark Hargreaves, Director of BlueFish Property Services. For your information, we, that is all Casablanca agents can take £2000 of a £4500 reservation fee. Casablanca charge £4500 for a reservation, the extra £1000 is because we have the best front line blocks 13 through to 23, they have nothing in front of them to obscure views to sea, clients are more than happy to pay the extra £1000 for the best front line units. When the time comes we will be collecting the other £2500 of the reservation from the clients who have only paid £2000 of the deposit. By the way Propertyinvest, Dreamworld are fully aware of Casablanca offers. You must understand that Casablanca have moved so many units on Tanjah. Bluefish have a couple of great frontline units to sell on block 20. We are asking for £2000 as a reservation with the other £2500 to be paid prior to contract. Dreamworld WILL accept this as a reservation, this is one of our arrangments with Dreamworld. All of our clients who have paid £2000 have had the Dreamworld update letter.

Default Bluefish your boat is sinking

Your making things worse for yourself the more you write.

How can you charge extra when you are already getting paid by the developer this is very greedy and is why companies like bluefish & casablanca have such a bad reputation.

this should be STOPPED.

I am trying to keep it transparent for you flip, I make no extra money. The extra admin fee is exactly that. Dreamworlds admin fee is £1500 out of the £3500 reservation they ask for, do you disapprove of this? why do you disapprove if Casabalnca charges an admin fee of £1000, they have made a big commitment to sell 10 Blocks(210 units) and have their own costs associated with this. Our clients are more than happy with the front line properties that we provide on Tanjah and BlueFish works hard to keep clients updated. I have invested in Tanjah beach myself on block 18 unit P and think that the Tanjah Resort is uniquely placed in all respects to have an excellent return, the front line on Tanjah will offer great sea views, for those who are interested we have just one or two units left that offer a great sea view in blocks 13 to 23.

You are trying a common trick that most dodgy agents try that is when the going gets tough you make up a false name like you have above i.e. The Royal
to try and get you out of this mess your now in.

There are many agents selling this your agency is nothing special and other agents have not gone as low as you charging EXTRA MONEY.

The customer should come first not the pound note lol.

Hi flip

Sorry, but the joke is not mine.

We have had good response from this thread and I have had a chance to let investors know that BlueFish have great allocation(blocks 13 through to 23) and still have one or two units left that are front line and have great sea views. Now we do ask for £4500 reservation not £3500 and Flip has been up in arms about this. But look at our asking prices.

2 bed ground floor 125,316 Euros
2 bed first floor 127,440 Euros
2 bed second floor 134,236 Euros
Penthouse 175,007 Euros

compare to worldwidefrontiers prices as advertised Morocco - Tangier - Tanjah Beach & Golf Resort and many other agents and you will find that on a 2nd floor apartment and a Penthouse you will actually pay less overall.

The prices do not make any difference they are the same with every agent, i have spoke to dreamworld about this, worldwide frontiers have the same prices you quoted ,just on the site they are slighty out.But when you ask them they give you the correct price as most apartments are different. So infact no one should be paying any more than they should be, only dreamworls have the power to charge more as they are the ones who will be sorting out the morgages etc, you know this so i dont think its right that you say you are cheaper.????
