Best time to invest in Morocco

Moroccan property is currently going through a unprecedented growth period with rises of up to 30 % per year.

Property Borders have experienced that most good positioned resorts close to a beach sell out in 2 months, now is the time to buy Moroccan Properties as the rental market really starts to grow.

The development of Kabila is a fantastic investment opportunity. Kabila is in the pre-release phase at the moment and we are already experiencing a high level of demand.

Leaving a deposit at this early stage gives clients purchasing early priority positioning in the sections released first. The development is located south of Fndiq on the Med coast.

Clients purchasing at an early stage will also benefit from lower prices.
