We are at the start of the official launch of Palm Beach.
The building licences are all in and the new site plan is available. BlueFish have acquired block 7 which is one of only two blocks directly facing the sea. This block is also one floor higher than blocks 1 to 6 so all penthouses will be sea facing and have a great sea view. The terrain rises quickly from the beach as can be seen by the topography making the views even more dramatic. We have full allocation and are taking deposits now. Inspection trips start in April. The completion date is 24 months.
