recently reserved on this site and just came back from an inspection trip.
site looks fantastic, it is just under 1 kilometer south of the centre of assilah.
i managed to reserve on the front line in order to take best advantage of the views
but it looks like the first 8 blocks will all have spectacullar views. i have seen all the paperwork and all licences and permissions are in place. it is going to be gated with 24 hour security with free bus services to assilah.

also seen the designs for the new beach. this is going to be created infront of the resort with sand being brought in. this will create a private cove with spectacular views from the frontline restaurants.
