Can any of you more experienced investors out ther give me some advice on how to retrieve my money back.

I posted last week about how I`d put down a £ 3,500.00 reservation fee on the Tanjah Beach & Golf Resort with Dreamworld.

They advertise on there web site that this fee is fully refundable before signing of contracts and the agent I bought through, Off Plan Planet ( who have been no help at all ) have stated numerous times in correspondence that this fee is fully refundable.

They have all told me for the last 4 weeks that my cheque is on its way but now say that my excuse for pulling out of the deal is not good enough.

I`m inexperienced in this property game and am considering my options.

I`ve checked the Dreamworld web site but they dont seem to belong to any organisation I can complain to.

I would welcome any constructive advice from you more experienced investors out there.

What are your details i can find out more for you!

Thanks for the offer but after recent experiences I dont give my details out to strangers, especially one who constantly plugs Tanjah Beach and Worldwide Frontiers, very suspicious?

Let me get this right you ask for help to get your money back, how by asking for your details is going to cause any problems, i speak to dreamworld all the time so am if i am able to help you , am i supposed to ,guess your name??

For someome who has made just 3 posts i dont think you are in a position to knock my posts about a company i use. Tell you what dont ask for any help because obviously you dont want it. sometimes makes me wonder i we bother with all this posting but for some people it does help.
