I went in June, hosted by Luke and have reserved a 2 bed ground floor apartment. The ground was broken and the infrastructure was progressing well. The benefit of it being built into a hillside is very attractive. The EMAAR site is based on level ground so many views are obscured. I have not had any further updates, and Prestige have not been updating me yet.

Hi guys,
I am thinking of reserving an apartment here. As a newbie, would you recommend it? Did you go direct or via an agent? Which would you recommend?

Default apart hotel paradise beach resort

Any thoughts on this one, good or bad investment.

Would the fact that they are leasehold be a problem for selling on in the future? The predicted rental seems pretty good being quoted by a few agents. The hands of no hassle and wait till the cash comes in is very appealing .

Cheers

Hey manor park,
Yeash please let me have the number of the agent. I am on honey_finder at hotmail . co . uk Do you think I might have missed the boat on this slightly? I notice that some folks purchased last January 2007! A good frontline golf apartment is around £65k. Have the prices changed at all? I know the exchange rate ain't too good at the moment.

Thanks

Hey Sykes, Mogmad,
You guys seem like early investors. Have you seen your investment increase at all?

Thanks
