be careful of agents promising to flip, with this and any other market, be prepared to complete on your property purchase.

Here in spain we have seen many buyers losing there 30% due to the fact that they could not complete, and unable to be able to raise a mortgage on the property.

We are working with many agents now offering a mortgage in principal, and will be expanding our network as properties come close to completion.

That is total rubbish, at least they are trying to regulate the industury.
Maybe you are one of these agents that have been refused entry to these organisations.

I am not an Agent and will not scoop to that level to earn a living. I had refered to bodies like ECEA, NAEA

Ok back on to the subject, how would you advise others to find respected agents?

Membership of the Federation is restricted to companies or individuals whose probity is beyond reasonable question. The individual principals must have the experience and professional expertise to meet the strict criteria set in the Federation's Code of Ethics. The Committee of the Federation and its members provide a valuable reservoir of many cumulative years of experience in international property.

I would say one of the best ways to find a good agent is to use recommendations, this way you know that someone else has had a good experience with the agent hopefully.

Hi all,

I suggest to go with investment company or agents who purchased from the new development the appartments themselves. Believe me or not these people wouldn't put their money into something which isn't reliable

Flip I have had good experience with some agents, in Morocco for example I have bought 2 properties from Property Borders Morocco, I found Mustapha who is Moroccan himself too be of great help.

I also bought a property in Turkey & my experience with agents there was not so good, say no more.
