This was going to rolled out in August but they new that this could not happen still trying to get planning. said end of sept now who knows but all those £1000 in the bank give a fair bit of interest

this is a total joke in my opinion - the company do not even have a site nevermind any sort of planning permission - they are now talking about the development being situated in Essouira which is miles away from where they originally said - so basically they are trying to secure some land but already taking reservation deposits

i been told investors will hear somthing next week commencing 16th october will believe it when i see it

agents just told me looking at 2 sites so the rumour must be true if they are still looking what time scale now i agree this is a joke

The 5 star Royal Moroc Sports and Leisure Club will be developed north of Agadir in Essouira. 85,000 euros is the pre release discounted price for the one bed apartment. Refundable reservation fees are being taken at present and full details will be given shortly for the plans, amenties etc. 15% deposit , 3 year expected construction and finance of 70% on completion for balance. Tour operator will control the rental programme and the developers are Paradaiso. Expected amenities to include 3 five star hotels, 2 or 3 golf courses, huge marina, football and sports stadiums and acadamies.

This is my advice if you dont wont to get burned stay out of the kitchen.
If it sounds too good it probably is.

major agents selling morocco for many years will not touch it, saffron, property borders, p showrooms.

No building licence.

i think most people have put £1000 down to see if the prodject stacks up if not we all pull out with a full refund

This was sold and markerted as 20 miles south of agadir now if its in Essouira.thats over 100 miles away a least 2/21/2 hours away from agadir airport. thats a long way after a 4 hour flight.and i am sure would put some renters off. i wonder how long they have known this and have kept potential investors in the dark

I am promoting this resort and I think this will be a great investment especially for those early bird investors who can save 15% by getting their fully refundable deposits in before full plans are released. The location close to Agadir with good capital apprecaition it should be good as well as rental potential. I believe a lot of well know sports personalities are putting their name to some of the sports facilties on the resort.

This will be another Saidia, but better planned and better quality and Uk airlines already fly out there.
