This development is being marketed out by ocean view properties who have been in spain for years selling the investment dream to the uk market. As spain has now lost its investment edge they are now looking at morroco.I have not personally delt with this company if you go and look on eye on spain on the development forums Estepona Beach and Country Club this has still not got a biulding licence investors have paid deposits i think 2 years and still no building work also Manilva Beach has some issues.i am not saying theres anything dodgey about this company read the forums make up your own mind up .
however one thread that keeps sufacing is communiction ,investors have not been very happy with the way some issues have been handled.
so my concern would be how long have they known about the change of site still taking reservations on the fact it was 20 mile south of agadir.so i would be very reluctant to look at this at the momment theres to many ifs and buts and more important i think you need 100% confidence I am told they have over 900 pre realease sales at the moment they are selling a dream to make money .i am sure most will do there homework before proceeding many experienced morroco investors are waiting to scrutanise this so lets wait and see

They have three land plots in Agadir and some close to Essourai, I understand now the Essourai resort may be released first.

I'm going our on the inspection trip on the 16th November so I'll post any feedback that I have on my return. Seems like a great first time overseas investment though. Guaranteed rental income to offset the mortgage, the two bedroom units are 100m2 so you're getting a lot of space for your euro. This is my first overseas investment and I see myself as very cautious, but this does seem to tick all the boxes for the first one overseas.

Flying into and staying in Agadir on the 16th to view the proposed site which is a 20 minute drive away. Anyone that knows Agadir will know that places like Essouire are 1&1/2 hours away minimum. What's there to lose though, if unhappy, take your reservation fee back!

The trip is 270 pounds sterling. Do you mean can you get the price back if you buy?
