just heard that the viewing trips for november have been cancelled till jan does this mean they do not yet have a site to show anyone.this could drag on for mnths and anyway if the site is in Essouira as seems likley thats now 2/3 hours away from the nearest airport which is just to far away. i wish this company would just come confirm what area its going to be its like trying to get information from the mi5.the original info said 20 mins south of agadir over 800 investors have reserved on that info if its changed thats the first thing they should know i have decided to stay well clear if they are this vague now what are they going to be like to deal with in the future

I have just had my agent call me and tell me that the viewing trip has been postponed with no new date attached yet. He's also hearing the whispers about essouire so it all points to a company that are selling an idea at the moment without any concrete. I'm out too, this is crazy.

This is very interesting when it was supposed to be released many months ago, I still can not see the website and more details, I know of people who deposited 1000 pounds or euros about 9 months ago. This is quite alarming as there I can not find a website or anything.
Certain emerging markets are harder to work in than others. Personally I find Egypt quite alot more easy that Morocco, for business. So if I experience this others must too.

Hi, do you know exactly where the development will be? There seemed to be some confusion the past few weeks.

I didn't ask to be honest. Only just been introduced to Morocco.... but was told that the developer was about to announce final details. I understand they are just being cautious - waiting for the rubber stamp, so to speak.
