They started off with a one bed at a modest £57,000. Then when the details are finally released they have doubled the price??????

Are they completely incompetent or was this the plan from the start.

i was also shocked at the prices but did you know they where not telling agents and costumers that theres vat on top yes thats another 20% on top.
you have to have trust and honesty in your agents and i do not think this is a good start.what else is round the corner with there previous track record i would be very careful as ever do your homework and research the company involved with this

Thumbs down My advice is do your homework and leave this alone!

Hi all.
For your own sake. Do not invest in this. Unico who are the developers are made up of two companies that I know of and possibly a few more OVP (Ocean view properties) and Sungolf. Its your call of course but please go onto the OVP website and then view the comments on their spanish developments on Eye on Spain. I myself have 70k with these two companies on a development that was supposed to be completed in Dec 2007. not a blade of grass has been moved and we have since found out despite all the lies from OVP about the developer Sungolf having various licences and having meetings with the councils that sungolf does not even own the land. They have had my money and as the site fully sold then nearly 400 other peoples also. If you do one thing after reading this then please see Eye on Spain and see how unhappy other investors are with OVP and Sungolf. Now under the new name Unico. Save yourself much heartache and sleepless nights. I am currently in litigation process tying to get money back. OVP say they have handed the money to the developer and the developer says they have not had any money. Does this sound like the sort of people you want to give money to. Also the build time. Look at existing (Small) develpoments they have done 5 years is about normal. If this ever does get buit then I think you could be looking at 8-10 years. Money invested in the UK would be a far better option.
Your choice - your money but please do investigate before parting with your hard earner wedge!. I wish I did.

Default Tafedna Bay Resort or Royal Moroc

Hi Mike.
This is also being marketed as Tafedna Bay Resort. Um ! If you look at the Estepona Beach and Country Club Development marketed by Ocean View Properties and compare brochures you will see similarities. Also the exact same lesuire facility pic of the Spa has been used. Also they draw you in by stating that sporting superstars are investing with them. Stay well away mate and any other would be investors looking to buy in I advise the same. Does this that it is no longer backed by the King if Morroco???????? Just web seach the new resort name and you will see its the same as Royal Moroc.

Default Tafenda Bay/ Royal Maroc

Hi Lizzy.
Did you get your deposit refunded Ok. I know from experience that a certain Element of this company does not like parting with money and it has been hard for some to get deposits back.
Thanks
