They are based in Spain, but, according to their website and paperwork I have from them, they were also operating out of Guildford. I am more convinced this is a scam than ever and, as such, I guess the local police and Trading Standards might be interested.

Hi,
I dealt with them from their guildford address spain was never mentioned also my cheque was sent to the guildford office.
I have got the details of who they bank in spain with, and the clearing office I have phoned them but they will not speak to me.

That is why it is important to speak to your own bank. They can make their own enquiries.

Hi all,
With regards to Spring Blue, I have contacted Consumer Direct( call service for Trading Standards) on 01372 371717, and made them aware of this bunch. I suggest that anyone wishing to complain should contact them and register their complaint , since the more people that complain , the more chance of an investigation by Trading Standards or whomever. From what I can find out, the Spanish address given on their website relates to one of the Mercado group of supermarkets. Has anyone got details of their bank etc. in Spain?
