Does anybody remember any names of any actual people they've spoke to at Spring Blue? I'm going to speak to a friend of mine tonight who I'm sure has had the same problems with them that you folks are describing...

Only first names I'm afraid: Colin was the first guy, Stephen second guy.

Stephen appeared to be the senior person.

Hi sandra,
email them at info@springbluefurniture and tell them you didn't get a refund.

Last email we got from them instructed us to do this.
They said they would pass our name and ph. no. on to their solicitor.

Dont know how true this is, but its worth a try.
