Question Solicitor Recommendations

As my second payment for VVT8 is close, the time is right (some would say late) for me to link up with a solicitor with Moroccan experience.
Could I ask for some recommendations please.
Thanks

Used BCP and were very happy with them. Suggest you contact Popcorn who runs the LJDF Owners Group. You'll get loads of information and a comprehensive list of solicitors.

What is the function of a Moroccan lawyer when involved in property purchase? If he/she makes a mess or has been negligent. what recourse the client has.

Does he has a Insurance to cover his/her clients money ???/

BCP stands for "Bufete Cuatro Puertos".
I believe this to be the founders of the practice
After investigation, the advantage of a firm such as these is that they have presence in predominately England and Spain, with off shoots in Morocco etc.
Therefore, any problems you might experience in future dealings can be backed of by the English system.
Hope this helps.
