Hi kim,

Wasnt sure which one you ment so Ill list both!!

NORTH CYPRUS- Is vyprus but it is the turkish side of cyprus called TRNC!!

There are lots of opportunities to buy and lots of land and off plan properties available and is around half the price of south cyprus (ROC)
But this is due to the politically issues in cyprus to do with the war etc so you need to find out and read about this first so you are aware of the situation first!
Then ensure that if you buy seek independant legal advice do your research and get to know the different title deeds AND WHAT THEY MEAN SO YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY RISKS ETC!!

MARGARITA ISLAND-Is in fact a caribbean island buy is run and owned by venezuala and is just off the venezulian coast!

Lots of opportunities there also- But do your research into the best and SAFEST LOCATIONS TO BUY also!

Thanks for a good words,

Everything you said is try, but i need to tell you one thing: All of those investments you said is from very powerful people and companies which will be completed for shure, and I think that nobody should be waiting a finishing of these projects because then the prices will go sky hiiii especially near this objects.
So I think any time is a good time to invest in Montenegro.
the sooner the better !!!

P.S.
Especially the people and companies that planing to buy a lot of land "at once" should act now because you can still find low prices for a big lands, because the papers and the ownership licenses is not completed for 90% of big plots by the sea. Also, the good thing is that with money anyone can speed up that process in just a few days !!! But, for the owners (because they don`t have money) it takes almost years.

I think Egypt will be a hot spot for quite a few years yet,I don't think it has really taken off as yet.What do you think?
