Default Marketing and selling Florida property in UK & Europe

Hello everyone. I'm planning to sell an investment property in Florida through a FL real estate agent for the US market. However, since I live in the UK I also want to market it for potential buyers in the UK and Europe - get as much exposure to buyers as possible. Are there British agents you'd recommend who can do this sort of thing? Better yet, are there any websites/services you'd recommend where I can post my property? Are websites like findaproperty.com and rightmove.co.uk solely for agents, or can they be used on a for sale by owner basis? Thanks.

Regal Palms was one of the properties that was a pitfall for investors, over priced, over hyped and in an area of tons of developments. There is another development something del sol, I forgot the exact name, that is going up almost across the street. I would tell your clients to be prepared to have it on the market for quite some time. I am not sure if you are in the US or not but I can send you everything for sale in regal palms on the mls.

Hi Ashley,

Were you able to find what you needed? I have been looking for places to advertise inexpensively and reach buyers for the luxury homes we have in FL, GA and a couple of other states. Your post looks to be more than a year old and I was just wondering.

Primelocation has advertisements for property in the Disney area of Florida - you might find an agent there who can market in both the UK and the US.

Default Self Sell Property Vs Traditional Esate Agents

Hi Everyone, just want to return the favour of a great new website which helped me sell my house in Mallorca privately by putting in a good word for them.

In five months of using an estate agent we’d had just one disinterested viewer. I finally got sick and tired of waiting for my agent to pull his finger out and actually do something about selling my house. I was frustrated, needed to take back the control. So I filled in the details at the mouse-move. com site and within a day of our house being online, available to the masses, i received a call from a potential buyer. I also ordered a For Sale board through mouse-move. It was delivered the same week and I placed it on the terrace. In total, we had four enquiries through my online ad and two viewings due to the For Sale sign. I felt completely back in control and within a month of negotiating with potential buyers, we finally sold it to a lovely couple from the UK. The sale cost me £29.99 for the online advertisement and just £40.00 for the For Sale sign a Total of £69.95. And the best part – my agent got absolutely nothing, for doing precisely that!

Please search for mouse-move in your favourite search engine if you think they could help you, too. They also offer holiday homes services, businesses for sale and more!

It would be interesting to hear if anyone else has had success selling privately so any replies would be greatly appreciated.
