First of all, forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place. I'm new to the whole forum thing. I just happened to find this site while browsing and have to wonder why there's nothing on the US?

As an estate agent located in beautiful western North Carolina I've always thought that my area of the country would be ideal for English citizens looking for investment or holiday homes ESPECIALLY with the current exchange rate. I am married to an "expat" and am lucky enough to be able to visit the UK a couple of times a year and am always amazed by the number of magazines devoted to the British citizens who want to live in Florida...why would anyone want to live in Florida?

My hope is that I can introduce more people to my little area of the country and meet some new friends along the way. Should anyone have questions for me, please feel free to pm or email me.

I am based in the U.K and considering investing with two other collegues (also based here) and my brother who is resident there. We are not sure on what might be the best approcah to do this .. set up an LLC ?, if this is indeed possible as overseas investors ?.. perhaps you might have some knowledge in this area and could advise or otherwise put us in touch with someone who might .. thanks in advance Damien ..........
