I live in the US, and properties in FL are not the best. I would much rather spend more money on a house where I will actually live and start a family.

As per my knowledge I think US is main heart of real estate business. Growth is more and many investors are migrating to US.

id like to hear what happen with SFP lawsuit? Im someone who knows what he is doing and would like to hear what happen. Im looking to do something similar that SFP was doing in bringing UK residents to the states to buy. Id prefer to do it on a smal group basis and also make it reciprical and start investing in the UK. contact me at tmerhige at yahoo to discuss.

Hello,

From another post I mentioned the fact I am buying foreclosed properties in the US. $36k properties with $24k rehab, renting out at $850 - $900 per month.

These are purely investment properties, no holiday homes, just out for pure profit and income.

Maybe something you are interested in.
