North American Property Investment Model

I wont bore anyone with alot of information here. Myself and a group of partners based in Kent (UK) are looking for active property investors to join us in employing a very profitable investment model. We look in many states in the US in which we have many close contacts who know the local markets and who help us with local issues concerning tax etc. Areas we are looking at at the moment are Houston and Florida.
