Default Can they get any cheaper

I got a two bedroom, two bathroom, detached house in Jackson MS for just 10.000 dollars. How low can repossession prices go.
Its only 200 miles to the Gulf coast. Ideal for renting out.

What is the relevance of saying "It's only 200 miles to the gulf coast." ?.

Most of the really cheap properties are in North America, this is the first one I have bought in the south at this price.
They have a very good rental value.
This one is being re decorated and going out at $550 a month.

Hi BHC
this should ,ake you happy

New housing starts, to be released this morning, will probably show a drop of 9.9% to an annual rate of 960,000 (from 1.066 million the month before), which will be the lowest in 17 years, according to the Bloomberg survey. This is a good thing—as the supply drops, we get closer to the bottom in prices. As Bloomberg reports, “construction companies are making some headway in reducing the supply glut. The number of new homes for sale dropped in June by the most in four decades. “

Thanks for the sort of good news. I have a huge selection of houses from £2500 GBP. If you are interested in marketing any of them send me an email.

Can you provide further details regarding the location (section of town or rural) the property is located in. Last year I passed on a foreclorure for $8000 because the neighborhood was a high crime area and the house needed about $20,000 in repairs.

Hi Brian.

(Sorry can't PM currently) You mention buying inexpensive property off auctions in the US, mind telling me (PM?) how that works?

Default They can get pretty cheap!

In the past I have seen some foreclosure properties going for only a couple thousand dollars, which as everyone knows is a steal. It often depends on your location and the condition of the property.

Right now is a great time to find these properties at auction, since so many homeowners have lost their homes due to recent foreclosures. I have been seeing a lot of these here in Washington, and surrounding states, just have to keep an eye on the market and see what pops up.

Once you have bought a place out there you have to rent the place out so i'd recommend - Direct Holiday Lettings Holiday Lettings UK | Holiday Lettings UK | Villas to Rent | Apartments to Let | Vacation Accommodation | Country Cottages
