I have seen clicked on the link and I think you have done a very good job of promoting Albania and in particular and The Soleal Resort. I will have a small number of new developments coming up in Albania shortly . Let me know if you would be interested in marketing them.
We have been selling in Albania for a over a year now and have plenty of experience and knowledge as well as a very good understanding as to how the foreign investor market now perceives Albanian property as an investment.

I know I'm selling Albania and it may be for the more intrepid investor, BUT - it's all relative to risk/ reward.
I won't criticise Berlin as I've looked at the city myself - but you can't compare Berlin and Albania!

Not with attention for spoiling a topic, but I think Albania still have to invest lot of time and money to adopt infrastructure and mentality for higher tourism.
Albania low prices are definitely attractive for people with smaller amount of cash put aside and with certain risk can make nice profit over years.
Comparing with Montenegro, Montenegro is way from prices in Albania but also way from with name as destination and capital investments going around.

You make a good point, but this is always about risk/ reward. Yes, we are marketing Albania at the moment as agents - but I would only recommend this a medium to long term investment or as 'high risk/ high reward' play as part of a mixed portfolio. If you have a crystal ball - wouldn't it be great to look forward 5 years and look at prices then!
Look at the facts - basic but improving infastructure, beautiful coastline, good climate, plenty of inward investment, growing tourism and very low prices. If everything was perfect and the risk was taken away - you wouldn't be able to buy at these prices.
Not for everyone I know - but who would have thought of investing in places like Bulgaria/ Romania/ Poland/ Panama etc 5 years ago
