Well i want an apartment in lebanon for $30.000 or less but it looks like it wont happen

You can find that in some places in Lebanon. I am from there, but I don't deal witht that market. I just know friends who were offered a 1 bed flat for $25000 in Tyr. It also has good rental yields, but you'll need to register the apartment which could be a bit of a hassle if you're not physically there.
